Take the Survey: Lane County's Community Mental Health Program
Lane County’s Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) is working to identify a more precise understanding of the current and anticipated workforce needs in our local behavioral health landscape.
Our goals are to:
- Inform schools on workforce pipeline development needs;
- Identify a data set of true recruitment needs for outpatient Behavioral Health;
- Inform future CCO and CMHP Behavioral Health strategic plans; and
- Identify regionally-specific impacts and needs for statewide workforce investments.
Please take a moment to support our efforts by completing this survey at your earliest convenience. We look forward to sharing our findings with those that participate in this survey, in service to our broader community.

Washington County Nurse Navigation Program
Washington County has launched a Nurse Navigation program to enhance the county’s 9-1-1 response capabilities and better serve community members. 9-1-1 calls that are not life threatening or time sensitive may now be connected with a Nurse Navigator. An Oregon-licensed nurse evaluates the caller’s condition before guiding them to the most appropriate care options.
To learn more, visit Washington County's Nurse Navigation webpage.

Trillium Behavioral Health:
New Public Webpage Tracking Openings in Lane County
Lane County Trillium Behavioral Health is excited to announce a new system to track behavioral health openings that is available to the public.
The Lane County Trillium Behavioral Health team is in the final stages of creating a public webpage that will track openings for behavioral health services in Lane County. The webpage will go live in May.
- If you offer behavioral health services in Lane County, we will be in touch with you via email throughout March and April about what this transition means for you.
- We will join provider meetings during the next couple months to answer questions and help troubleshoot.
- We plan to send out a link to the setup survey in late March/early April. This one-time survey will gather details about your practice that will be available for the public to access through the webpage.
- We plan to transition to our new monthly availability survey in May. This survey will be similar to the monthly survey you fill out now, but will come via an automated email with a survey link specific to your practice. When you fill out the survey, the information you provide will automatically update your practice’s availability listed on the webpage.
We appreciate your patience and anticipate that this will be an easier system in the long run. We will reach out soon and look forward to showing you what we’ve been working on. Thank you for your continued partnership!
