Reminder: Effective July 1, 2025: tango | WellSky Home Health & Post Acute Partnership

This announcement is to serve as a reminder that our partnership with tango | WellSky for delegated skilled home health and PAC facility management services goes into effect July 1, 2025 for Wellcare By Health Net (Wellcare) and Wellcare By Trillium Advantage (Wellcare) members. Here is what you need to know:

Home Health Providers

To maintain your in-network status, providers will need to contract directly with tango for the listed services. Please contact contractmanagement@tangocare.com to join the tango network.
If you're already contracted with tango, please be sure to complete the required training and onboarding. The tango team will coordinate these activities directly with your agency.

PAC Facilities

Effective July 1, 2025, all Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF), and Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) authorizations must be submitted through WellSky. Please make sure to complete the program education and training. Register for Webinar sessions on the tango | WellSky Provider Resource Center.
SNF concurrent reviews must be submitted within seven days of admission and include a plan of care, targeted discharge date, and medical necessity documentation. Prior authorization is required for IRF and LTACH admissions; these are typically submitted by the discharging hospital but may be submitted by the facility for community referrals.

Referring Providers

Skilled Home Health referrals will be managed through tango, who will coordinate directly with providers and facilitate the placement of referrals and the authorization of services.
Effective July 1, 2025, all referrals should be submitted to tango, rather than directly to Skilled Home Health providers.

OHA Summer Listening Sessions: Health Care Interpreter Scheduling Portal

Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Is developing a new system for scheduling and paying Oregon-credentialed health care interpreters. OHA is seeking input from provider offices about how the portal should operate to meet the needs of clinics/practices. Your practice and staff who schedule and coordinate health care interpretation services may be interested in sharing feedback during one of these listening sessions.

Effective July 1, 2025, Health Net Health Plan of Oregon, Inc. (Health Net) will be retiring the following Commercial clinical policies. You can find all active Commercial clinical policies on our Policies and Criteria webpage. (Note: After July 1, the below policies will no longer be posted on our website.)

Lane County Trillium Behavioral Health Public Webpage is Live!

The Lane County Trillium Behavioral Health team is excited to announce the launch of our public webpage that tracks real time openings for behavioral health services in Lane County!

The purpose of the Lane County BH Provider Finder website is to empower our entire our community to find mental health or substance use services. Anyone in the community will be able to use this website to find a provider for therapy, behavioral health medication, substance use services, peer support, and psychological evaluations. You can filter by location, ages served, issues treated, specialty population, provider identities, openings for specific services and other preferences, and insurance types. Please share widely with Trillium members or other community partners!

If you completed our setup survey in the last couple of months, you should have received an email with a link to complete a May availability survey for your practice on Monday, May 5. The setup survey created your provider profile internally, but to ensure that your practice appears on the public webpage, you must also complete the availability survey. The setup survey comes from Lane County Trillium Behavioral Health at the email address noreply@qemailserver.com. If you completed the setup survey but did not receive a link to the availability survey, please contact both Emma St.Clair and Erinn Stevens for assistance. Since we are also new to this process, we appreciate your patience as we work to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
